1. Do I select collection or delivery?
Unfortunately as this is a online platform I can’t deactivate the courier guy plug in without it giving an error at checkout which caused other confusion. Please just select self collection to proceed. You will be emailed your ref numbers automatically.
2. When will the raffle take place?
When all tickets sold and payments cleared, the more you share with friends the faster this could complete. But there is no time frame.
3. Must I place the order online?
YES it has been designed to do everything automaticlly, from reserving your ticket, ref numbers and payment tracking.
4. I am not good with online stuff can I place it directly with you?
